Kelly's Experience

Kelly’s involvement in the performance psychology arena ranges from one-on-one work with individuals, to the facilitation of specifically tailored group programs, developed in response to identified needs in teams or organizations. She has worked with Australian Olympic and Commonwealth Games medallists, as well as Internationally contracted athletes who have been, or are, based in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Holland and England.

Kelly’s performance-related work is not limited to athletes. Other clients include financial traders, business executives and world-renowned musicians. She currently mentors several high-performance coaches and staff attached to various Institutes of Sport in Australia and South Africa, in addition to leaders and leadership groups from a range of corporate industries.

Kelly acknowledges the privilege of facilitating an individual’s journey of self-discovery. With the valuable combination of her experience and skill set, she assists individuals to contextualize, understand and manage the key drivers behind behaviour and performance. Her understanding and appreciation of organizational dynamics and the complex interplay between organizational culture and performance, enable her to support individuals and organizations in the pursuit of their respective goals.

Kelly’s advanced and specialised clinical training and experience in the field of Neuropsychology and human behaviour, her own background as a National athlete, and her passion for connection, capacity building, and inspired leadership, combine to make her contribution to the field of optimal ‘being’ and ‘doing’, truly unique.

Kelly's Approach

Kelly uses elements from various clinical modalities to facilitate interventions that are responsive to the needs of an individual or group. She has a special interest in supporting individuals through life transitions and adjustments, and welcomes working collaboratively within a team context.
